I wanted to say hello to all dolphin lovers everywhere, and welcome you to SaveThePinkDolphin.com.

So why are the Pink Dolphins threatened? There are several reasons.

1. They built an airport on top of their home. The new airport in Hong Kong was built right on top of where the dolphins used to live. All the noise and pollution made the dolphins sad. It also made me sad.
2. The dolphins live in the middle of a very busy waterway. They always have to look out to make sure they are not run-over by boats, and that scares them, a lot! I know it would scare me living in the middle of a water freeway.
3. All the pollution, construction, fishing, and boats have reduced the number of fish that the dolphins need to survive.
